US ARMY DTM

Good morning GRASSusers world


I am working with a DTM from the USArmy. According to the specs each cell is 3
sec, and then it is mentioned that each cell is 100m. This is +- true at the
equator, but not at 38DegreesN where we  stand. Cell size must be corrected
based on the 3 degrees for each latitude, am I right???
