r.le programs

[BAKERWL]

The beta release of the r.le programs for measuring landscape structure
are now available on the ftp server in the grass/incoming directory.  I
was unable, however, to translate the documentation into postscript.
Please let me know if you have problems with the Wordperfect version of
the documentation.
