HELP! dems are mean

Hello again, I'm still having real difficulties with my dems.  I used a text editor to make spaces in between the resolutions on the dems (read 0 previously). M.dem.examine now works well, showing what it should. The problem is in the extraction now.  There seems to be a problem with the headers on the dem.  The name of the quad is Felton, and you can see the integer errors below.  Please help or offer suggestions if you can.  I'd be most appreciative.
