Hurricane Andrew has brought the use of GIS in Emergency Relief efforts to
the attention of the GIS community. I am interested contacting other
researchers working on applications of GIS to Emergency Preparedness and
Emergency Relief. I am also interested in developing a bibliography on
these subjects. If you have collected some artilces on the subject listed
below or have other resources to contribute, please pass the references along
to me. I will compile them and return a copy of the bibliography to you if
you will include your address and/or fax number.

I've listed some subjects that have to do with Emergency Preparedness and Relief
You should not limit yourself to these subjects if you can come up with
additional references related to the general subject of Emergency Preparedness
and Relief that you feel should be included in the bibliography, let me know.

GIS and Emergency Preparedness
GIS and Emergency Relief
GIS and Hurricane Andrew
GIS and Hurricane Iniki
GIS and Loma Prieta Earth Quake
GIS and the Oakland Firestorm
