New r.slope.aspect

GRASSuser's,
	Katerina Johnsson's note brings up questions about the new
r.slope.aspect, mainly; if you run a report or look at the distribution
of aspect with d.histogram, there are SPIKES in the data at exactly 0 (360),
45, 90, 135, 180, 225, etc.  Any ideas as to why this is so? (other than 
I might live in a strange place with lots of cardinal exposures!!)
