I need to build an attribute file (dig_att) for a dlg-3 image
which I imported using v.import.  V.import created an attributes
file in my dig_att directory, however, it was empty.  When I looked at 
an attributes file for another vector file I noticed that each line
contained a UTM coordinate pair and an integer number.  Could someone tell
me what these numbers are so that I may build my own attributes file?
