xgrass specification file

(I would have sent this direct to Andrew Burnett, but I managed to
delete his adress already!)

In the default file described in the appendix to the xgrass manual,
there is an f.exec call to a grass shell "xgrass.sh". This stuff
was not in the grass-menu file distributed with the binaries, but
it is clearly an essential feature, short of writing .xclip scripts
for a whole lot more stuff. So I added it to my .xgrass-menu. However,
I can't find "xgrass.sh" anywhere. I guess this should be just a call
to the normal grass? But how to get this shell to inherit the correct
location/mapset etc, without any conflicts?
