v.in.ascii - thanks

Thanks everyone

I reformateed my input with a space at the beginning of every line, and
with coords in y,x format, and things went swimmingly.  This was also
the problem with v.transform.

However, this begs the question, why *are* the coords reversed in
dig_ascii format ????  And why no format description manual page???
