missing g.manual pages

	I guess I didn't ask the right question.  My problem with g.manual is not with the command, but with the data directory from which it reads.
After compiling the source code acquired from 'moon' I expected the man
directory to be found at $GISBASE/man , but it wasn't there and I dont't
know where to find it.  In the interim I'm using the 4.0 man directory.
Thanks for the thought Larry Marshall.  I think that I'm just overlooking
something just as simple though.

Anyone else have any ideas???
