GRASS as a "graphing and plotting tool"

  The July 1993 UNIX REVIEW has a brief discussion of GRASS on
pp. 115-6.  It's in the "Internet Notebook" department, and the title of
the contribution, by Richard Morin, is "Graphing and Plotting Tools".
There's also mention of Geomview, GMT, and Gnuplot.
