SG3d compilation help!

I am trying to use SG3d on an SGI Indigo, but I don't know how to compile it.

I've read the README file in src.contrib/CERL/SGI/SG3d, which tells you how
to compile the PANEL and Image libraries.  It doesn't explictly tell you how
to compile the main program itself.
