v.transform rotates my data?!

Ken, your points file must be of the form:
	1101.307253     -568.543427     1101.310000     -568.540000
        1101.307253     -595.980997     1101.310000     -595.980000
	...........................................................................................
	1103.678348     -896.410869     1103.680000     -896.400000

	   east            north            east             north
               old co-ord's                      new co-ord's
but make sure the file contains only the points and no headers of any kind.
