Looking for GRASS4.0 HP drivers

Can anyone tell me where I might find GRASS4.0 drivers for the following
output devices:

Hewlett Packard PaintJet XL
Hewlett Packard PaintJet XL
Hewlett Packard DraftMaster MX-Plus colour plotter 
Hewlett Packard PaintJet XL  (*not* the XL300, or the original PaintJet)
