Thank you Cliff Behrens for your suggestions concerning legends. Only I'm afraid I didn't make my problem clear. I want to print the legend *to the screen*, not to a printer. Thus, my problem arises when I can't get patterns to print on the legend to match my map. Help. I don't want to use just color! Christine
