Grass reference

If you want to reference the material in that particular paper, that's fine.

But I have checked with Michael Shapiro (Sr. programmer and one of the original
authors of GRASS), and he reiterated my suggestion to refer to the reference
manual -- that is how he has seen GRASS referenced in other technical papers.
And that is where any reader should go if they want more info on GRASS.
