display tool

Hi! xgrass-users
When I use the x-grass on SGI 4D/35, I got a error:

ON x-grass menu, I select 'Display' then 'Display Tool', it shown nothing.
And the error message is ' ... color tabls ...'
Why ? 
How to resolve this problem? Please help!
