Covert GRASS file to GRID in ARC/INFO?

      Question on how to convert a GRASS grid into a ARC/INFO grid was asked on the grassu-list? Well one is to use ERDAS and convert the raster file in grass
into a GIS file in ERDAS then covert the GIS file to a ARCINFO grid with the
ERDASGRID command. 
	It's a straight conversion from GRASS to ARCINFO with this format.
