ps.map and the Tektronix Phaser 200e printer

	Thank you Scott Wade and Craig Anderson for your 
responses regarding my questions about ps.map.  One further
question:  I followed the g.manual example for setting up
the configuration file placed under $GIS/etc/paint/ps.devices
and specified the correct PS level and page size.  Are the other
parameters, i.e. margins and resolution, my CHOICE or do I have
to guess them correctly?
