Hi, I just found a bug in interpolation library which I have
planted there by accident just before releasing it. I have fixed
it and put the new version of interp_lib.shar.Z on moon.cecer.army.mil
(/grass/incoming) . Sorry for inconvinience.

How to unpack and compile:
--------------------------

1) uncompress interp_lib,shar.Z
2) sh interp_lib.shar -- creates 5 directories
3) gmake4.1 in data/  and tree/ directories
4) gmake4.1 in interp/ directory
5) gmake4.1 in s.surf.tps/ and v.surf.tps/ directories
