ps.map

The problem I found with ps.map was the width seemed to be too big, i.e. 
anything more than width 1 created an extremely thick line. 

I amended the source code to divide the width by 100 (I think) so that 
the new width was in units of 1/100 - seemed to give a nice range of line 
thickness on our Laserjet IV.
