fortran to C converter?

	Look for something called f2c on your local ftp site.
	This is from our f2c.README:

`f2c' converts Fortran-77 source files into C or C++, which can then
be compiled with GCC.  The source code and bug fixes are available by
anonymous FTP from `netlib.att.com:/netlib/f2c', and by email from
`netlib at research.att.com'.
