class separability

Hello, GRASS users!


I need to know if there is any program (or programs)  to obtain:
	- separability measures
	- contingency matrix
	- Jeffries-Matusita (JM) distance
	- divergence for feature selection
	- transformed divergence
to be used in order to analize the results obtained from
image classification.
