FORTRAN77 COMPILING FOR MODFLO

I am trying to compile the groundwater program MODFLO from the USGS.
Having problems.  The source is several files in FORTRAN 77.
Does anyone have a MAKEFILE for MODFLOW, or can someone send me an
example MAKEFILE for compiling and linking a FORTRAN 77 program
comprised of several source code files.
