We got the MYLAR versions of 7.5 minute quads for our area FREE from USFWS
wetlands folks in Florida (lost address, I'm sorry): but we had to
digitize them ourselves.  They ARE NOT in digital format, your best bet is
to find a local studant/agency/etc. who might have done the work already,
otherwise, it's digi-slave time!
