Solaris and GRASS

I upgraded to Solaris 2.3 and have just "downgraded" back to Solaris 1.1..
(read SunOS 4.1.3U1). Solaris 2.3 is still buggy and slow, and the Xll
implementation still has problems. How else can one describe a release with
23 mandatory patches that change on a weekly basis.

Fortunately we never bought into NewsPrint. Basically its a poor PostScript
emulation hogging the host with outrageous software support costs.
