Yes. If you want to get surface of deviations -- just output deviations
site file when you run s.surf.tps (it's one of the options in the new version)
and then run s.surf.tps on deviations file.

If you want crossvaliadtion error surface -- run s.surf.cr.2d on your
input site file and then run s.surf.tps on your resulting site file.
