Help : Attribute values

Hello Grass users !

Do anybody know how to assign a second attribute value to a
pixel / region of cont. pixels. In this case I would like to 
create a mapset where each classified pixel carries information
about to what extent the pixel is right classified (Like a 
membership degree in fuzzy set theory).

Any advice will be appreciated !
