Please tcl me!

I downloaded tcl 7.3, tk 3.6 and tcltkgrass from various ftp sites
around the net.world and compiled everything a-ok truly truly.  
However, when I tried to run tcltkgrass it told me "wrong version 7.3:
need tcl version 6.4" (or something like that).  Is there a simple 
fix for this or do I need to hunt down an old copy of tcl 6.4?
