problems compiling tcltk

Hi Grasshoppers

am trying to compile tcltk so I can use tcltkgrass, however I keep getting the error message

cc -O -I. -I. -DHAVE_UNISTD_H=1 -DNO_FLOAT_H=1 -DNO_STDLIB_H=1 -DNO_STRING_H=1 -DNEED_MATHERR=1     -DTCL_LIBRARY=\"/usr/local/lib/tcl\" tclAppInit.o libtcl.a -lm -o tclsh
ld: Undefined symbol 
   __lib_version 
make: *** [tclsh] Error 2

can someone give me a hint

PS is the library libtcl.a the one I need to compile tcltkgrass?
