r.tiff

Hi, 
I tried to compile r.tiff on an HPseries 700, but I miss some .h files:

For sure I have no suntool and sunwindow directories (I tried a 'find'
on the missing .h ).
Does this mean that I cannot compile r.tiff on my machine ?
