tcltkgrass and TCLTKGRASSBASE

Thanks to Darrel I've fixed the warnings occuring in
tcltkgrass.

The source of my problem is:
	1.  What is the correct source for TCLTKGRASSBASE?

	2.  If TCLTKGRASSBASE is /grass.database, 
		why does the program only pull up the screen
		that wish displays?
