compile tcltkgrass

Dear Grass Users,
I am trying to compile tcltkgrass (from moon) on HP9000/715. Tcl/Tk here
works fine and is the latest version (TK3.6).
The compiler cannot find include files:
tcltkgrass.c: 31: Can't find include file tkConfig.h
tcltkgrass.c: 32: Can't find include file tkInt.h

and neither can I. They are not in tcltkgrass and not in Tk. Where are they
supposed to be?

Any ideas?
