GRASS4.1

[Hassan Karimi 248-9249 (919)]

I have stored all the binary files (compiled version) for GRASS4.1 into
my disk (workstation). I need to know where the instructions for installing
the system is located.

Also I would like to know if GRASS4.1 has an Application Programming Interface?
