Hello,
I can ftp to moon.cecer.army.mil from my pc. It is a gateway 2000 486.
I'm at Michigan State University, I'm on ethernet and I'm running PCTCP
by FTP Inc.

P.S. I don't believe that the dns on campus has this pc listed on it.
