GRASS Training

Yup, probably a FAQ but I haven't seen (or don't remember seeing) anything
in the last month of postings.
   A co-worker is in need of some GRASS training.  Not indepth stuff since
he already does GIS work but more a GRASS orientation (I think).  I told 
him to contact Central Washington University since this is closest to us.
(Coeur d'Alene, ID, USA) but other US locations are acceptable.
