r.poly

[KLENKUS1 at VAXC.STEVENS-TECH.EDU]

I am using r.poly on a file with 24 catagories and I 
am getting a Bus error (core dumped).  Has anyone
had this problem before?  Is there some preprocessing
that must be done before preforming r.poly?
