WIND_DEFAULT file for France/ Belgium Lambert proj

Hello everyone,

We successfully went over the compiling process (on sun os ; i know it is not h
ard stuff but we got some too short env variable in the make process and a _MAX
 function undefined in xgrass ld ) we got xgrass working fine too (but where on
 earth are located those spearfish samples ? any city name?)

Now let's go on serious matter:

Has someone already used Grass with the lambert (1,2 or 3) projection used in F
rance/ Belgium ?
If yes can this someone (i will be forever endebted to such a nice person) send
 me a copy of the file WIND or WIND_DEFAULT of its LOCATION/MAPSET directory?
or at least, some hints on the procedure for creating the relevant WIND file
