Looking for info on GRASS under Linux

Hello,
        I saw this article on the net. In it, you mention that one should find 
the
Linux binaries on the host machine of "moon.cecer.army.mil". I have tried that 
twice
with no success :-( 
        I tried the following IP address of 129.229.20.254 and was able to get 
there 
but I did not see a directory for Linux. Am I doing something wrong here? Any h
elp
would be *greatly* appreciated.
