I've started 'hacking' (and I mean hack) the data in from Strategi. So 
far, I use an awk script to remove all the continuation lines and then a 
bt of C to read the various record types. The program requires the 
'Feature Code' of the layer you want to extract. Not got any attributes 
yet - I don't know how to get those into GRASS.
