Problem on Converting ARC/INFO data

Ryan,

Make sure the input ARC files are in a directory entitled "arc"
located directly underneath your PERMANENT (or other mapset)
directory.  V.in.arc looks to this directoty, so if you are
trying to import the file p4211090.lin, and it isn't in the arc
directory, then GRASS will complain.

import of ARC files into GRASS
