v.to.sites interpolator.

Grass-land,

I created a DEM using s.surf.tps on a sites file
created by v.to.sites.

Unfortunately, some of the channels are man made
and are very straight.  Hence, the person digitizing
did not put in many mid points.  The resulting DEM is
not very contiguous hydrologically.

I went back through some man pages and found that the
original vector map could be populated with more points 
via the command:

v.to.sites -ai input=topo.ttl output=toppy dmax=5

However, the point empty areas were NOT filled in.
