What is clean_temp?

clean_temp cleans up all the temporary space under $LOCATION/.tmp
directory. Some GRASS programs need huge temporary space and so this
temporary space is created under $LOCATION. clean_temp is intended 
to clean up this temporary space once the program run that created these
file is over. I do not know why it takes up so much RAM, perhaps the
files are very huge.
