On moon there should be a file HP.trouble.shooting from Nalneesh Gaur (ngaur at apwk01g3.abrfc.noaa.gov), but there should also be a compiled version of Grass4.1 for HP on a ftp-site

But if you can't get it elsewhere you can get a copy here.
