why i can use CELL to be my output device

Hi,

Sure you uncommented all lines in your 
etc/monitorcap file. Maybe you missed 1 line.

Otherwise there is something wrong with the permission on the fifos.

Can you give some excerpt from your printcap file. Maybe you need to 
search the reason in that area!
