Help with r.water.fea

I have recently downloaded the grass4.1 binaries onto a sun workstation and
have it up and running. I would also like to get the r.water.fea program
running. I have ftp r.water from moon but do not know how to compile it.
Could someone please tell me how to get this program up and running.


In addition, I would be interested in hearing from  anybody who has used
this program - application and problems.
