D.SITE.LABELS

I have been trying out this command & I like the capability - being able
to view the description associated with a site_lists file.  It would
also be nice if the output could be saved in a paint labels file.
I do not see that option with this command.  Is it not available or do
I have an older version of this command or perhaps I am doing something wrong??
Any suggestions would help and would save me vast amounts of time 
creating labels files.
