5/21/95 new floating point ans no-data GRASS

I put new fp_alpha.tar and fp_main.tar on moon.
move it to your src.alpha and src and use
tar -xvf fp_alpha.tar and
tar -xvf fp_main.tar
and then run GISGEN.sh
There are changes in the gis library which are all
documented in the document on the home page.
Programs r.colors, r.in.ascii, r.reclass, r.resample, r.quant,
r.slope.aspect, r.describe, d.rast, d.what.rast, r.stats, r.report,
r.support and others have been modified.
the biggest change is handling of Categories labels
which you can immediately see by running r.report, r.stats or
d.what.rast on fp map.
