Importing DMA's ADRG format...

Hi All,

I have the Defense Mapping Agencies GNCJNCN cd-rom of the Northern Hemisphere
with scanned Jet Navigation Charts and  Global Navigation Charts. 
The format is Arc Digitized Raster Graphics. (ARDG or CADRG) The DOD 
Mil-Spec number is MIL-A-89007. Coordinate Reference system is ARC System
(Rectangular Projection).

How do I get it into ArcInfo, Grass or any other software? The text help files
on the CD-rom are unreadable by Word or Wordperfect.....
