r.slope and installation.

Hi Jeremy
Unless you can find some kind soul with an SGI binary of r.slope, you'll 
have to bite the bullet and grab the source code for GRASS, and compile 
at least the GRASS libes as a bare minimum. Pretty much all contributed 
code makes calls to these libraries, so you have to have them in order to 
compile. :(
