shifting raster cells

Julie,
All of the responses that suggest that you edit the appropriate header 
file under the $LOCATION/cellhd directory are correct. However, I wanted 
to point out to you that if you are working in a projection (UTM, State 
Plane, etc.), you cannot readily move in even lat/long increments, as 1 
degree will be a different projected distance on different edges of your 
raster file. You can readily move 100,000 meters, but not 1 degree. Of 
course, if you're Location is set up in lat/long, you can move in degrees 
to your heart's content. Just wanted to clarify!
